Matusalem Insolito Wine Cask 2019
Red-wine tannin, apricot and rose sit on top of a light, velvety Dominican base here. One taster called it a "wine like adventure" with new-world red aromas, and the pink color is clearly part of the pitch. Several find it pleasant and easy but too sweet and too short, with a mild alcohol note. Fun and different rather than deep.

Un rhum léger, décoloré puis reteinté par un finish vin rouge ça ne laissait présager rien de bon ! Même si ce n’est pas ma came, je trouve ça mieux foutu que beaucoup d’autres rhums festifs épicés et sucrés à mort que l’on voit maintenant.
