A wonderful rum that is slightly out of balance on the palate, but still manages to pull it off. Fruity with wonderful spices from nose to finish. Add honey and some caramel and a light touch of smoke, flowers and mint and you're in heaven. Leave to rest for at least 15 minutes before you give it a go.
