#6677 22.04.2026 Enjoying a few samples after a nice 14 km walk at a nice pace. Listening to Ben Gold, Maarten de Jong and Armin van Buuren on Spotify. This is an extremely good rhum when looking at the price tag. A medium intense profile with nice vegetal, citrus and floral notes.

Domaine De Bellevue Blanc is produced by Habitation Bellevue in Marie-Galante. This distillery still harvest their cane by hand and transport it in ox-drawn wagons. The estate also uses its own windmill that dates from 1821, the year that named several of their aged rums. After a quite long fermentation it’s distilled in a stainless steel and copper Creole column. Overall a very pleasant, soft and fresh Agricole Blanc that’s very tasty neat, but unfortunately too weak in a Ti Punch so therefore just over 70.

A small soft and delicate white rum, without great personality but pleasant and alcohol very well integrated without any aggressiveness. Nose not very rich but not aggressive, light floral. Palate just as soft with a bit of floral.
