Domaine De Bellevue Blanc is produced by Habitation Bellevue in Marie-Galante. This distillery still harvest their cane by hand and transport it in ox-drawn wagons. The estate also uses its own windmill that dates from 1821, the year that named several of their aged rums. After a quite long fermentation it’s distilled in a stainless steel and copper Creole column. Overall a very pleasant, soft and fresh Agricole Blanc that’s very tasty neat, but unfortunately too weak in a Ti Punch so therefore just over 70.

Un petit blanc doux et délicat, sans grande personnalité mais agréable et alcool très bien intégré sans aucune agressivité. Nez peu riche mais pas agressif, floral léger . Bouche toute aussi douce avec un peu de floral.
