Assez plat, plutôt bon mais manque de puissance, de profondeur et de complexité. Pourquoi pas un bon rhum d'approche pour non initiés: se boit très facilement, longueur moyenne sur la vanille et l'abricot assez agréable. Édit, Goûté en aveugle avec l'Avent 2024: Reconnu direct par son arôme caramel sucré totalement isolé et plat typique de Reimonenq, comme si du sirop de caramel avait été ajouté à un rhum insipide... Le Nez fait son effet sur le caramel, mais la Bouche est plate sur ce caramel trop sucré et on démasque alors Reimonenq, la longueur est inexistante. En laissant un fond de verre je retrouve le lendemain des fourmis engluées... Ok...

Le ressentie au nez est puissant. l'attaque en bouche est rapide avec énormément de puissance aromatique complexe, le final est long avec un goût qui reste en bouche avec une sensation d'épice piquante. un très bon rhum Agricole pour ma part pour un budget raisonné. j'ai eu la chance de visiter cette fabrique qui est magnifique en Guadeloupe, n'hésitez pas si vous êtes de passage !.

This 3yo Agricole from Guadeloupe is really great for just being 3yo. The big difference between this young ReimonenQ and the ones more aged is that those has a deeper and more powerful taste. The nose is soft and spicy with aroma of licorice. At the palate and during the medium long finish it’s smooth, fruity, spicy and sweet with flavors of licorice and sugarcane.

Épicé, boisé et herbeux de bout en bout. Un nez alcoolique, une touche d'abricot a la dégustation, et rebelote pour la finale. Peut-être trop epais en bouche pour la saison estivale.

Last weekend we had a nice sitting and though Corona is still in the news we manage to meet up, keep distance and try out some rums. This one is pretty OK, though young and we disagreed a lot on the quality. Thir price to quality is pretty good. Fruity and woody from nose to finish with some added spice. The woody flavour is young wood and matches pretty good with the rest.

Un rhum épais, épicé et offrant une finale très boisée... peut être un peu trop pour moi. Loin d'être désagréable, mais j'aurais aimé un peu plus de subtilités. Je pense le garder dans un coin pour cet hiver !!!
