One of these cases where I am getting completely different notes than everyone else. Tastes to me like a bit diluted version of a Port Mourant. Quite delicious, just should be higher proof. Wondering if it's just me, did they label the sample wrong or did they change the rum 🙂

Very unusual. Fruity, fresh and grappa to Obstler through and through. Very warm, very schnapps-like, but still quite 'green'.works very well in the daiquiri, but otherwise somehow inflexible. No one drinks this neat, for's character product is missing him selbiger then but. After tasting more Belize: with little comparable. The grappa here is simply super independent.

I don't think this rum is particularly good. It tastes quite herbal and slightly like lemon. Doesn't really suit my taste. It also lingers on the palate for quite a long time in the finish. Doesn't have to be.

Smells similar to a lemon drizzle marzipan cake. There's also some grassy notes and a little wood. The taste follows the nose but with the addition of some grappa and a little bitter aftertaste. The finish keeps the grappa and wood with a medium length. Overall its got a very interesting profile but I'm not sure it is for me.

I’m not a bourbon guy and this tastes more like a bourbon than a rum to me. Personally I would not purchase again.
