Despite the pale color, very nice mature Enmore notes. Balanced Demerara sweetness with a very slight pencil note in the finish. 46% ABV comes through well too. Tastes even better to me the second time. Great sweetness leaning towards peach.

Drier, more astringent, bitter, less fruity compared to the Bristol. Long finish with pencil and subtle whisky notes.
