Nice 97 profile. A little more solvent, also fine notes of tropical fruit at the end. However, it lacks a bit of power coming out of the glass. Great mouthfeel and then a long, fresh, very crisp finish. Funky! Easy-drinking Caroni, I like it very much. However, it lacks a bit of power.

The Caroni evening starts directly with an unexpected fireworks display. Wow! Great continental 97 Caroni. Really superior quality at a great price at the time. Alcohol perfectly integrated.

It was allowed to breathe for 40 minutes. In the meantime, I kept smelling it. On the nose, notes of candis, grilled bananas, acacia honey, tropical fruit cocktail with a hint of dirty earth. On the palate you think it's around 50%, incredibly soft and oily, reminiscent of roasted almonds, Turkish honey, coconut spice cake, matured tobacco and 70% dark chocolate. Very long finish. This thing is fun!
