The taste is caramel, plums and raisins The aroma is plums It's a combination of sherry and rum. Very sweet and thick,

This is very heavily influenced by the Pedro Ximenez casks. Definitely not for someone who doesn't do well with sherry. But it warrants spending some time to become acquainted with it.
