Taste of caramel and a light smoky note. Long, satisfying finish - If you are into Guadeloupe rum, I can definitely recommend this one - an absolutely delightful taste experience 👍

08.03.2024 Tasting with Romhatten. Retasting and I still like it a lot. ----------------------- Had a wonderful tasting event yesterday with only good CDI rums. This one is the third one of the six. Again a bottling for Denmark that hits the spot. A very nicely finished rum from Guadeloupe. Well balanced with a really nice palate and nose. If it's too sharp for you try to add a drop or two of water. Make sure that you rest it for 10-15 minutes before sipping. A must try if you like Guadeloupe rums.

Really unusually sweet and balanced Guadeloupe with nice sweetness and spice. I find the alcohol well integrated and overall very pleasant to drink. Definitely doable! Long finish.

Shows a clear, classic Bellevue profile with dry structure, mineral depth and fine spice. Some fruit and a subtle grassiness round off the picture. No outlier, but clean and characteristically executed.

Magnificent bottling from Compagnie des Indes Limited Edition for Denmark, you immediately notice the Guadeloupe origin, with notes of wood, cane, herbal, caramel, vanilla, smoke, and salt, a very harmonious whole for a relatively fair release price. Very nice bottling.
