Dégustation de quelques Caronis de chez Bristol. Un nez riche et profond, fruits compotés, goudron, pâtisseries et comme de la barbapapa. La bouche est hélas un peu acqueuse à cause de la dilution. Mais on retrouve l’équilibre des Caronis 1996 entre les fruits et les notes d’atelier mécanique. On y trouve aussi des fruits jaunes, pomme et poire. La finale est plutôt longue mais hélas un peu maigre. Malgré tout un très beau rhum et le meilleur des Bristols fortement dilués de cette dégustation.

Bristol Caroni Vergleich: super Caroni mit den typischen 1996 Markern. Ja, ein wenig verwässert aber die Qualität ist erkennbar. Leider rin wenig kurz im Finish, ansonsten toller Caroni zum guten Kurs 👍
