Tasted at the Whisky & Rum aan Zee festival IJmuiden 2023. Very simple Agricole style rum.
Review by TheRhumhoe

Surprisingly good for a three year which was expecting to be a mixing rhum. Toffee oak and vanilla are the overwhelming notes on the tongue, enjoyable nose, when mixed the Agricole notes really come to life with more vegetal aspects and a clean finish

Solide für 14€!
Review by Stefan Persson
The distillery uses their own sugar cane for the production and use sugar cane juice, so it’s an Agricole. In the near future (May 2021) it’s just Madeira, besides the French Overseas Departments, that could call their rum for Agricole if sold inside the EU. It’s distilled in a column still and then aged for three years in French oak barrels. The finish is rather long and tastes the same as on the palate.

Solid, nice, pleasent to drink not much complexity becouse the barrel influence is noticeable and dominates other flavors, nonetheless a reasonably priced sipper.

De l'agricole sans grandes saveurs...

Another sampler at the mall and again not a sipper for me. My guess is a mixer or punch for this one.

42 points. I received this as a freebie with some samples. Nothing much stands out, some wood, caramel and vanilla in the nose. Tropical fruit and alcoholic on the palate. Not my cup of tea or should I say glass of rum 😂
Review by Tom Buteneers
Teleurstellend, heel direct zonder diepgang of smaakevolutie.
