As with the LORD, an intense smell pervades the entire room. However, it is a bit more tart, more veggie-like. Next to fermented pineapple, olive comes to mind. Intense, artificial, fruity, sweet.Sweet, fermented pineapple with overripe strawberry. Then a bit bitter to change right back to intense fruity sweet.The finish is almost logically fruity sweet. Like the Lord something quite extreme and yet exciting.

This was a lovely Savanna and we all agreed that it was really good. Fruity and fresh and you could small the rum standing on the table in front of you. Price to quality is very good in my mind. The surprise comes when you sample it because the nose is a bit light but it explodes on your palate.

The rums from the Savanna distillery are some of my favourites. I recommend everyone to try especially the higher ester pieces like Grand arome or HERR. You haven't felt so much fruit in a few little drops of liquid for a long time.
