This weekend was very busy because I've been building a new shelf system for my 250+ bottles so my Saturday and Sunday tastings haven't been added :-) Wow, just wow. This is a spicy rum with a nice kick to it. Rest for 30 minutes and enjoy with a 70% dark chocolate.

I loved it. The nose is woody, a little vinous, brown sugar.the palate really raises the bar! The impression is that I'm tasting a "young" TDL. I taste fruit, peach, then a quick "dirty" taste of red fruit. Very pretty finish with a hint of violets.

Im in love with all the stuff from Grays. Am Im normal?😜 This is the filthy side of the distillery. Some esters and leather. With the amazing usual peach/mango notes. יכול להיות שאני מאוהב במזקקה הזו? בבקבוק הזה אנחנו פוגשים את הצד המלוכלך של המזקקה. לקה, לכלוך ועם המאפיין העיקרי של האפרסק והמנגו. כל כך טעים.
