This weekend was very busy because I've been building a new shelf system for my 250+ bottles so my Saturday and Sunday tastings haven't been added :-) Wow, just wow. This is a spicy rum with a nice kick to it. Rest for 30 minutes and enjoy with a 70% dark chocolate.

I loved it. The nose is woody, a little vinous, brown sugar.the palate really raises the bar! The impression is that I'm tasting a "young" TDL. I taste fruit, peach, then a quick "dirty" taste of red fruit. Very pretty finish with a hint of violets.

Im in love with all the stuff from Grays. Am Im normal?😜 This is the filthy side of the distillery. Some esters and leather. With the amazing usual peach/mango notes. יכול להיות שאני מאוהב במזקקה הזו? בבקבוק הזה אנחנו פוגשים את הצד המלוכלך של המזקקה. לקה, לכלוך ועם המאפיין העיקרי של האפרסק והמנגו. כל כך טעים.

Bottlings for bottling, independent, Danish SBS A little bit under the radar destination that I particularly enjoy on the nose, you find notes of Port, white peppery peach and a bit of polish and pepper at the end, I'm on white peach and milk chocolate notes, very enjoyable Strangely, you also find some TDL notes with a balance between white fruits and red fruits, successful product.
