Lemon Hart & Son Rhum Demerara Rum 151 Proof
Built for Tiki drinkers first — this is a 75.5% Demerara overproof from Guyana, all treacle, dark chocolate and Christmas pudding with a peppery, oily kick. One member calls it a "beautiful navy grog," and several say it surprises as a slow sipper once it's rested or opened with a few drops of water. Big, hot, and heavy on the molasses.
The community says- Rich treacle depth
- Great in Tiki
- But: Very high proof
