The 43% suit it very well and make it clearly more interesting than the 12-year-old in my opinion. Very nice to use in an Old Fashioned. Especially when you start to dive deeper into the rum world, this rum is an absolute must.

Plus amande, nougat (Hint), muscade Plus caramélisé, un peu plus gras que le 12 ans. Beurre et cacao sympa en finale. Résultat un RON assez chargé mais sec. Pas mal !

On the nose, it's a surprising rum: very lively, both woody and tangy. The taste is not unpleasant. But the finish leaves an earthy and also woody taste. It's not my favorite rum. But it's an interesting experience.

Vanilla, yellow fruit and nuts on the nose. The taste surprises with clear spices, very nicely balanced, pleasant sweetness, vanilla and nut also present on the palate. A very nice product that makes you want more.
