Quite restrained on the nose but still recognizably rum. On the palate, however, quite a disappointment – bitter notes of tea, herbs, and kitchen spices overpower everything else, which isn't surprising given the otherwise thin profile. Not my world at all and definitely not a bottling that makes me want more.

Fruchtig und grün an der Nase mit Noten weißer Schokolade. Am Gaumen kräftig und würzig mit weniger Frucht. Im Abgang eher unauffällig und kurz sogar leicht bitter. Erinnert an Agricole.

Blind tasting: my nose picks up fresh sugarcane, some glue, alcohol and grain. On the palate then grass, earth and fermented grapes. The finish is herbal and short, as short as my notes, because I don't particularly like this sample. I'd guess a younger agricole rum with about 45%, but unfortunately my experience ends there. 67 points.
