8,4:On the nose, citrus and dried fruits and leather, sweet roasted wood notes like nuts, butterscotch, spicy with anise, vanilla, grassy, vegetal(red bell peppers) molasses, metallic patina, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, tropical fruits arise, molasses is fresh with tea, sweet with honey, herbaceous, chocolate and hints of smoke, pencil shavings join. 8,2:On the palate, the attack is sweet with honey, grassy, herbaceous, fresh molasses and tea, roasted wood notes like cocoa, leather, smoky, spicy vanilla, anise, barrel impact is obvious and fruity with citrus fruits. 8,1:The finish is medium long, dry, slightly medicinal, metallic, oak is nutty, creamy with chocolate, caramel, molasses grassy, herbaceous, flowery, hints of pencil shavings come in, citrus fruits are faint. I usually like PM, but this one had way too much licorice for me. Not my taste.

At first, I wondered what it had to do with Guyana. Initially, it was just fruity, it needs its time, then it becomes roasty and you can clearly recognize chocolate, coffee, cocoa, and vanilla. Therefore, I raised it by 0.2 again.
