Wow, this was a nice surprise though it was the odd one out for not being from the 60's. A really well balanced old rum. Fresh and intense with fruits and a lovely nuttiness in the profile.

Oh, the nose differs noticeably from the 50s one. Much grassier, earthier and fresher. Overall, this rum smells much younger than our first candidate. The palate continues this impression. The intense wood and vanilla aromas of the 1950s are only faintly present. If I had to guess, I'd say it's a younger specimen. 77 points
