Ce rhum est doux, le parfum de la canne reste la trame principale au nez et en bouche. Je trouve que c'est un produit d une grande qualité , élaboré avec une variété de canne à sucre ancestrale. Cette jeune distillerie a un bel avenir !

It has strong fruity and floral notes on the nose. However, this is negatively overlaid by iodine and strong alcohol. The alcohol is then better integrated on the palate. Very fruity notes with lots of lime. The finish is surprisingly short.

#4046 I'd say this one should be used in a mixer. Lots of floral notes once rested and the price tag is OK.

Sehr schöner blumiger und grasiger Rhum Agricol mit Noten von tropischen Früchten wie Ananas, Banane und Limone und ein Hauch von Zimt. Geruch und Geschmack deuten auf viele Esther Verbindung hin, vermutlich durch eine längere Fermentation.

Très belle découverte en blanc que ce Tahitien. Ça n’est pas donné mais ça change des marqueurs habituels sur les jus de Guadeloupe ou Martinique et même de la Réunion. Toute proportion gardé ça se rapprocherait plus de certaines notes de clairins notamment la finale sur l’Olive.

Un très bon rhum blanc, la canne à sucre est très présente, au nez ça me fait penser à certains rhums de la Réunion... Mais avec un côté martiniquais... Bref, une belle découverte, un bon rhum blanc de l'autre bout de la planète.

Plus classique et moins équilibré que le rangiroa, il n'en reste pas moins agréable avec un bon gras en bouche. Toutefois, la comparaison avec les agricole de Guadeloupe et Martinique rendent le positionnement compliqué pour ce tarif.

Canne à sucre très présente, ce rhum blanc a clairement une identité qui lui est propre ! Il a su se démarquer des rhum antillais. Rappelle l'eau-de-vie de fruits sans en tomber dans les travers. Il est également très floral. Très belle découverte ! Le nez est fortement marqué par l'alcool. Mais par la suite il s'intègre parfaitement dans les saveurs de ce rhum. En bouche, des saveurs de pâte d'amande émergent dans le tout. La finale est délicate... Un brin anisée

Al naso maturati di frutta, vegetali, olive e agrumi. Al palato è un po' secco con vegetali, canna, maturati di frutta tropicale e pepe.

on the nose first nice fruity and floral after passion fruit and rose petals ... in the taste, the alcohol is then surprisingly present and rather only spicy and dry, from the fruit you do not get much unfortunately. in addition, a rather medicinal iodine note and a strange acidity that does not suit me so....auch in the daiquiri unfortunately overall rather flat and not particularly intense, rather only mineral and acidic ... the Manutea I like here much better.
