Intriguing, rather nice, but alcohol moderately integrated. To sum up, my tasting notes: Nose: Spicy, Woody, Figs On the palate: Cinnamon Finish: Woody, Spicy, Cinnamon

A good blender, but at this price you can't expect a great tasting experience. It's good, skilful, but not very intense or tasty and obviously lacks depth. My first Bologna and given the young age there is potential in this brand. Looking forward to tasting others sooner or later.

A terribly gourmand nose, it's all there! Orange, mango, waxed wood, vanilla and caramel. It's like a delicious cooked jam. No disappointment on the palate, it's as gourmand as ever. Tropical fruits, spices, caramel, vanilla and a touch of butter give this 43% juice plenty of body. The finish is medium-length, with spices, incense and vanilla. Top value for money! An unquestionable must-have.
