Typical sherry cask, rosy, (dried) fruits, a bit of wood/oak in the background, minimal chocolatey notes, quite alcoholic on the nose. Drinks: - Neat: 3.5/5

Smell: wish it were a bit more intense, cause it smells really nice. Mostly dried plums and cherries covered in chocolate, hazelnuts pralines Taste: not as good as the nose, but still pleasant, has some body to it, sweet, fruity and chocolaty, walnuts. The alcohol is apparent, but not disturbing (actually it adds a balancing spicy bite) Finish: medium long, apricot with chocolate shifts towards oaky spiciness

I like it straight. A bit of the sherry flavor, but strong after burn. Not as big of a fan mixed.
