Oh man, these rums from Fiji are pretty awesome, really tasty. It's mostly fruity, which I didn't really expect, but still a very delicious rum, I like it 100%. A top-notch one :)

Tasting at Rhum Fest Paris 2025. 👃 & 😋 Combination of endemic sugarcane, honeyed sweetness, candied fruits, dried and orchard fruits. Slight freshness on licorice, soft vanilla wood. ⛳ A bit more nuts, toasted wood, oak, licorice. The sugarcane always there, candied, a bit of tobacco and green tea. 💡 A very nice VO, pleasant and smooth.

Rum tasting fest therefore incomplete... High-quality VO! Vanilla, wood and spice blend perfectly in this juice. I'd love to taste it again under better conditions.

This one was a huge surprise for me. I like to try new things and this one was new. A light yet really well made rum with a really good price tag. Fresh and floral with light fruit. The spices and light wood fits really well with the rest and I like the licorice on the profile.

Nose a little disappointing, I can't identify much and I find the alcohol very present. Pleasant on the palate, with minty notes and a strong aniseed flavour. Short finish.
