#7251 07.09.2026 Back from Holland and back to running samples. Listening to some nice trance tracks on Spotify. Very nice rum and the price tag at release was really good. Nice to have a Panama rum at full power and no sugar. Well rounded profile with fruits, roasted wood, floral, pastries, caramel, salt, grass and a dry intense palate.

A rum in the complete Spanish style.. caramel, wood, nut, light spice, raisin, etc. Overall quite one-dimensional, as is often the case with this style. The only surprising note in the finish is a delicate Piedmont cherry note. Overall, a pleasant sipper.

A bit too much column still, flat, but quite nice notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and wood.
