Definitiv eine höhere Esterkonzentration in der Nase wahrzunehmen als beim Pellegrini 2000 14yo und vom Profil her auch sehr breit und fruchtig aufgestellt. Würde man einen Vergleich mit einem HLCF Jahrgang anstellen, wäre hier aber auch zu merken, dass estertechnisch die Handbremse angezogen ist. Am Gaumen dann nicht mehr so fruchtig, obschon zu Beginn eine kurze fruchtige Süße erkennbar ist. Die Süße wandelt sich in eine angenehme leichte Säure und wird hintenraus zunehmend von von Kräutern und Anis dominiert. Ein mittellanger Hampden-Abgang fahren diesen Rum gerade noch so in meine 80-Range. 80 Punkte
