Vanilla and caramel up front, with raisin and dried fruit on the nose, but it turns surprisingly sharp for a 40% rum. Several tasters call it classic and easy but unmemorable — "flach und kurz," as one put it. A few note an ashtray edge on the palate. Most agree it's a decent evening pour rather than something to chase.

For 40% very alcoholic sharp. Otherwise, a classic, unspectacular "rum".See but not why I should buy the, there are a lot of better alternatives for the same price.
