23.05.2020 Crazy tasting with lots of participants and a few friends. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Light roasted wood, clove, light apple, faint citrus, cinnamon, light herbal. Palate Light, light wood, warm, light ginger, faint nougat, light herbs, clove, citrus, light apple. Finish Medium long, light wood, fruits, spice, light nougat.

3.8.2026 Havana Brno Smells pleasant, hopefully you can find the port notes there too. Tastes very smooth, with wood from the barrel at the end.

Aroma: Smells of calvados right from the start. The smell is generally faint and not very pronounced. Sugar cane, carpet and floor polish. Taste Light, fruity and mild in the mouth, then becomes slightly spicy. Spicy on the swallow with a fruity background. Aromas of pepper, leather and caramel. Sugar cane and mint. Also apple and citrus aromas of lemonade, lemon juice and lemon zest. Finish: Medium-long and clean, yet slightly dry and quite spicy.

On the nose, the calvados finish does not go unnoticed. Far from it! It's pastry-like and slightly woody. But you can already feel that you're going to bite right into the apple! On the palate, it's very round. Very smooth, the alcohol is perfectly integrated. You eat a good granny's apple pie! The 5 daily fruits and vegetables are gulped down in a few sips. Honestly, the calvados finish is clearly omnipresent but man, it's so good. The contents of the glass disappear quickly. It's very balanced with a beautiful vanilla length.
