My comments back when Tasting it in 2016 were - Honestly flavours cannot comprehend how good of a rum this is ... El Dorado stands for liquid gold and this is the holy grail ... I would own a 1000 bottles if I could. Looking back retrospectively I think I would need to revisit it wi5h my rum journey now as I imagine I would hate the dosed sugar in it but until I retaste it the score stays .

Sample purchased during a session at the Whisky and Rum Festival (hosted by Whisky.dk). Fantastic rum. One of the best you can get for the price. Must have a bottle for the collection one day.

Tasted at Mark Pursuad’s on 5/17/2025. Exceptional! Silky smooth with noticeable caramel, molasses, and graham cracker.
