Most helpful positive review
Nose: balanced and round. At first equal parts vanilla, honey and raisins, later also spicy and smoky aromas from the whisky cask. Palate: decent but pleasant presence of alcohol at the beginning in combination with vanilla and honey. Then quickly moving on to spicy, smoky aromas. Finish: honey, salty and a few notes before smoky aromas close. Conclusion: Not too complex but still a tasty rum with fruity aromas and clear influence of the whisky cask.

My first better representative of the Spanish style. Surprisingly tasty. Of course much less intense than the pot stills I'm used to, but still interesting aromas that develop over time towards honey and spices.

Too smoky for me. Strongly reminds me of whisky. Unfortunately, not my thing.
