Store visit Weinquelle Lühmann Hamburg April 2025. My brother bought this for €15 because it had a relatively good rating in the community. It's not my cup of tea. Lots of vanilla and caramel, also some sugar cane on the palate. Too sweet, though.

A balanced flavor. Very smooth with a slight hint of sweetness and vanilla, though it's subtle, not overly prominent, and well-balanced with the taste of sugarcane molasses. Easy to drink, although its balance makes it somewhat unremarkable.

Color is light golden. The aroma is powerful vanilla, creamy ice cream, a bit of wood, chocolate, and a slight alcoholic note. On the palate, ice cream, bitter chocolate, vanilla. The finish is chocolatey. Overall quite simple, with some alcoholic sharpness. 65/100 30.04.2025

A very good aged rum for beginners! It's smooth, vanilla-flavored, caramelized, and rather sweet. It drinks easily on its own. Plus, it's at 38%, so honestly, it's really smooth. A bottle to have in your collection.
