05.08.2022 A nice afternoon with other rum geeks and an evening visiting a few bars. Notres Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Light wood, rubber light earthy, olive, light citrus, light apple, orange. Palate Light oily, warm, light wood, fruity, medium spicy, light nutts, light citrus, spice, roasted. Finish Very long and warm, fruity, wood, light banana, light nutts, cinnamon. Extra note. Needs to rest for a good while to settle properly.
