A tasting from 2000 where I have the following notes. Beautiful dark colour, fruity with herbs and spices. Warm on the palate with natural sweetness. Well balanced with nice alcohol integration.

Wow, incredibly round and delicious. Especially on the palate, no more Versailles but clearly EHP. Really good old school Demerara.

A lovely Guyana that really shines in the nose, complexities of varnish and brine. Than pimento and spices, old leather and raisins. Late in the smelling comes some wood. On the palate this is a lot more straightforward. Still brilliant
