#6388 22.02.2026 My friend just brought me a box of 20 different unaged rums that he wanted me to try. This will take a couple of days and include a lot of spitting I think. This rum lacks power, but probably made for mixing. Fruity with some herbs and olive and a faint smoke note.

Also got it as a sample from a buddy. But this white rum can't convince either. On the nose it comes across very vegetal and floral. On the palate, citrus fruits and grass appear. I'll only mix it.

Brought back from the Seychelles at a time when I knew nothing about rum, this bottle turned up by chance and I had the opportunity to taste it. A rather wise white with a strong cane presence.
