The sweetness sneaks up on you here — a couple of tasters found the sugar arrives late, after a slightly herbal, drier start. Expect toffee, caramel, vanilla and raisin, with a coffee note and a faint arrack twang from this 15-year Guyana molasses rum at 45%. Most helpful positive review
A very solid rum, for every day, with notes of toffee, caramel, coffee, raisins on the nose. On the palate, caramel, vanilla notes, coffee, and hints of arrack, with a medium finish. All in all, a nice, well-rounded thing.

At first, I didn't like this rum at all, but now it's actually quite alright. It has a pleasant fruity sweetness with some woody spice notes. Definitely recommended for a Dark and Stormy. The more I try this rum, the better it tastes to me. I'm even giving it one point more than last time.
