Relaxing with a few samples while watching a scary program about child killing at a very young age. Price to quality a pretty decent rum in my mind. Fresh profile with licorice, graphite, chocolate, fruits, smoke, roasted wood and some mint.

Nose: oily, again this fish fat touch. Vanilla, dry banana, some young wood, butter, maybe ice cream. Palate: dry, tannins, oily. Pears, yellow apple, custard, hint of honey. Little bit simple. Aftertaste: medium-long. Some vanilla, pears, dry yellow fruits, young wood. Too much tannins.

Read full review ›This is quite a dry rum but it is full of different spices and nuances. One minute you are getting Christmas cake the next you are getting pencils shavings. Finish wise it is of reasonable length and it has a nice balance to it. Personally, I prefer a slightly sweeter...
