18.07.2020 A nice tasting at my friends place including a nice dinner. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, intense, wood, dried fruit, light nutts, sugarcane, faint caramel, tannins. Palate Intense, fresh, wood, tannins, dry, burnt, sugarcane, dried fruit, faint caramel. Finish Long, wood, fruits, sugarcane, light smoke.

Present cask, elegant wood, the spices shape the primary impression together with the classic hazelnut-cocoa aroma of many well-matured Agricoles. Not untypical for Depaz is the noticeable alcohol, more than a gallant tickle is not activated. Great cask.
