Bild Tastin #3: complex on the nose. Some fruits (grapes), caramel, chocolate and wood. On the palate: pretty nice. A long aged Agricole maybe? 🤔 Backing spices (cinnamon), wood, dried fruits and a hint of vegetal notes - maybe rather a French molasses rum? Definitely a highlight of the set. Cheers, Johannes for the set - was a blast to taste.

Yesterday's tasting went a bit overboard so I thin I'll only add the first 6 because we had more than one too many :-)

"A weird combo and I have no clue, orange and wood, some white wine and Nelke. Seriously confusing and probably french island and molasses with some funk. Not good not bad this is rum and I am really keen to learn what it is..."
