Un rhum vintage, une bouteille ouverte depuis très longtemps. Plus de 10 ans je pense. Je suis donc un peu moins sévère. Un nez jamaïcain avec du funky léger mais surtout des fruits tropicaux. Une bouche très diluée mais intéressante comme s’il y avait de très bons rhums mais dilués à l’eau. Une finale étonnement persistante avec un beau fruit. Un rhum très léger mais qui me plaît.

Franchement pas impressionné par ce jus, c’est pas mal fait mais très simple, le classique jamaïcain jeune avec des fruits et un peu de caramel, mais clairement moins fougueux qu’un smith and cross, après c’est à peu près le même prix.. en cocktail sûrement intéressant.

Probiert auf dem 12. GRF, bei Catawiki: Etwas langweiliger Jamaikaner, aber 1960 ist einfach Geschichte, das muss man probieren!
