Clearly fresh Agricole on the nose with the typical grassy, herbal aroma with lime, sour green apple, yoghurt and brine with a pleasant intensity. On the palate with flavors of green chili (towards unripe cayenne) and green pepper, as well as some vegetables and a good portion of sugar cane. The alcohol should be a little better integrated for drinking straight. Ideal for cocktails. The finish is spicy, even a little salty with a tropical fruit note that I would attribute to papaya and honeydew melon. Overall, I like it very much, both neat and as a fresh kick for cocktails.

Cauliflower, lychee and sesame on the nose and very fresh.lychee, sesame, bacon and a load of spices on the palate. very solid!

Pure, this rum stands out from the others. It is straw yellow - where does that come from? Has it been in a barrel for a short time? But it is also different to all the others on the nose and palate. You can tell it's an agricole, but there's also vanilla and clove. The punch is also a little different from all the others, but still good! 8.1 points
