I expected much more from this Samaroli. I would never buy it at the asking price! Still, it remains a very good tasting rum.

22.08.2020 A nice tasting with only Samaroli and what an evening. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Light wood, fresh, light salt, light chocolate, nutts, fruits, sweet. Palate Wood, light roasted, fruits, nutts, light chocolate, oily, naturally sweet, medium spicy. Finish Medium long, wood, dried fruit, light chocolate, faint earthy, medium dry.

The nose is iodized and fruity, not bad at all. The palate is very round and pleasant, but seems too diluted and short. It's good but it's not a great rum, there's not much going on.

Je replonge donc directement le nez (mais surtout les papilles) sur ce Samaroli Over The World. En bouche, il est ample et long. Les arômes et les saveurs sont sur base de Crème pâtissière, beurre et noisette. Je ne sais pas si cette interruption influence mon ressenti mais je l’ai moins apprécié que la dernière fois. Ou alors le temps fais son travail sur le jus à son désavantage 😕.
