Most helpful positive review
For me a very successful release. Brings more than I expected from this rum. In comparison, I also had the No.54 from Romdeluxe in the glass, which is a completely different vintage, but as a conclusion I have to say this one tasted much better. Really great for the price.

Most helpful mixed review
Unfortunately quite alcoholic. Otherwise, these soft 91er TDLs usually go down quite well. Same with this one. This has nothing to do with the dirty mint 2000s.

It took a while for the split to happen, but the wait was worth it. A sweet representative from Trinidad, which comes on the nose with lots of coconut. After a few minutes a slight violet note comes through. On the palate the coconut is no longer noticeable, here it is peppery sharp with a slight sweetness. Here too I perceive fine traces of violet. On the finish then slightly woody and soft. Alcohol very well integrated. It's not the "hidden Caroni", but a great TDL.

Unexpectedly a lot of coconut. Seemed more Bajan 🤷♂️ pretty good nonetheless.
