7,4:On the nose, grassy, flowery and vegetal sugarcane, fermented, rotten, pungent, citrus, red fruits, pineapple, spicy, smoky wood, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, the wood is roasted with BBQ notes, spicy with allspice, slightly dirty. 6,5:On the palate, the attack is thin, diluted, dry with fermented tropical, red and citrus fruits, vegetal sugar cane with olive, grassy, flowery, some pencil shavings pop up, as the wood is slightly roasted, smoky with bbq, caramel, nuts, spicy with allspice, vanilla, industrial, synthetic, plastic notes join, dirty, some soap. 6,8The finish is medium long, dry, the wood is roasted, smoky, burnt with BBQ, confectionery, caramel, burnt sugar and nuts, the cane is grassy, fermented with olive.

Und die letzten 3 aus Arturs Weird and Blind tasting. Nochmal vielen Dank dafür. Chapeau. Bei Nr. 10 eine sehr schöne Nase, floral, fruchtig und grasig. Am Gaumen flacht er dann ordentlich ab. Sehr verwässert und dünn.

First of all a BIG THANK YOU to TheDunderHut, again being part of the Wird&Blind set. Together with DomM we took on this task. Unfortunately no unicorn this time, but tried great rare stuff that you don't get so easily otherwise. The only thing I really missed were the stories about each individual rum of the splitter.

Ein alter seltener Agricole… bei dem ich blind noch nicht einmal den Agricole erkannt hätte. Typische Agricole-Aromen nehme ich, wenn überhaupt, nur ganz schwach wahr. Dafür habe ich so dezente säuerliche Weinaromen am Gaumen…die mich anfangs an ein Finish erinnerten.

Weird and Blind #10 I received a really nice set from forum member TheDunderHut, where you never know what you're going to get. It contains some delicious, unique rums that I normally wouldn't try. I really enjoyed it. This sample: A hint of sweetness on the nose, mostly a sour, monotonous taste on the palate, little grass, olive and dry. Alcohol is also very present on the palate. Short finish.

Artur's Weird and Blind tasting number 10: Quite watery mouthfeel, but the bottling still transports the aromas properly (also on the nose). Blind, I wouldn't have been able to assign this rum either. The most distinctive for me here was a pencil note, alongside some wood and some vegetal.

There is not much information about this rum. The nose is complex and also the best part of this rum. The taste is quite thin and diluted. The finish is long but also quite thin. A pity, I had expected a bit more.

Der Agricole zeigt sich hier deutlich durch die trockenen, medizinischen, grasisgen, leicht muffigen Aromen. Diese werden aber in der Nase von einer ungewöhnlichen Apfelwein ähnlichen Säure begleitet.

Weird and blind tasting - this representative comes across quite casually and offers an interesting profile, feels slightly dirty and pleasant notes of burnt sugar and olives come through. Definitely makes a great addition in some cocktails.

Arturs Weird & Blind Tasting #10: interessantes Geschmacksprofil mit einem Haufen an floralen Einflüssen. Die Nase ist noch sehr fruchtig, nimmt mit dem Gaumen aber ab. Holz und Gewürze auch leicht wahrzunehmen; wirkt leider etwas verwässert.
