#4555 18.01.2024 Flipping a few samples today ☺️ This is an easy drinkable rum with a nice fruity profile. The palate is well rounded and sweet while also being mild in a way. The finish is medium long with a nice plum and marzipan mix. The empty glass has some chocolate, nutts and faint coconut.

Sehr runde Nase. Der Rye kommt kräftig aber nicht aufdringlich. Jamaica Anteil bleibt im Hintergrund, vorneweg viel Barbados. Milder Antrunk, relativ kühl - Kokos und Schokolade kommen mit mehr Luft deutlich raus. Ein Hauch Vanille. Zum Schluss kommt der Rye. Mag ich!

Eine Mischung aus Marzipan, Früchtebrot und etwas Milchschokolade die richtig Spaß macht. Das Rye finish ist hier gut integriert und nicht so deutlich wie beim Plantation Jamaica 1996. Für eine noch bessere Bewertung könnte der Rum für meinen Geschmack noch fruchtiger sein. Besonders gefällt mir der Geschmack nach frischer Kokosnuss am Ende.

Ich liebe diesen Rum. Komplex was die Fruchtigkeit anbelangt. Das rye Fass ist sehr präsent. Angenehm holzig. Sehr sehr zugänglich

Nase Rum mit deutlichen Marzipannoten; Zunge süß, würzig, bissel Alkoholscharf, bissel Kokosnuss, Bounty oder ähnliches schmecke ich nicht, in der Summe nicht meins
