An extremely pronounced smell of ester, nail polish remover and butter biscuit comes towards you. A really great nose. On the palate surprisingly sweet. Lots of sugarcane, honey, cherry and biscuit dominate the pleasantly strong taste. Honey and cherry remain long-lasting and warm in the finish. A rum I find very interesting and exceptionally soft and intense at the same time. I like it very much.

I am still not used to drink high estery rum. Not my cup of tea. 2nd taste. Still not good for mee. I can smell esters, sugarcane and something chemical. In taste it is somehow minty

#5398 14.06.2025 We should have been on a hike in Schleswig today, but my wife had a minor accident yesterday, so I'm going to run some samples instead 🤣 Nose Intense, ester, fruity, overripe, polish, faint plastic, light sugarcane, natural sweetness, light floral. Palate Intense, balanced, ester, polish, fruity, overripe, banana, naturally sweet, light citrus, spice, light olive, faint salt, light mint. Finish Long and warm, intense, ester, citrus, banana, faint smoke, light rubber, light sugarcane. Empty glass Sugarcane, light polish, mint, spice, light herbal.

Aroma:Smells like esters even from a distance. However, these ester aromas are unlike anything I've tasted from Jamaica or La Reunion.
