Historical evening with original period samples of rums from the 60's and 70's by Pavel Špaček 17.2.2025. A shipment of samples arrived from a collector from France can only surprise us. There are five of us for this, so we'll see.

18.11.1995 Sorry if I'm spamming with old tastings, but I'm using it to try and reduce my stress. Work has been really busy lately 😊 I had a 6 week trip around Asia around my 30th birthday. This trip included Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. During this trip I met a lot of amazing locals that set me up with the spots to get decent rum. This is a really nice bar that still exists in Singapore and a place well worth a visit. Notes. Very dark colour. Nose: wood, earthy, citrus, varnish, light smoke. Palate: oily, wood, light smoke, dried fruit, mint. Finish: medium long, wood, smoke, mint,dried fruit. Gave it 4 of 5 stars.
