Smooth, can definitely have this straight.....this would be great with a light dinner. Enjoyable sipper.

On The Rocks: On the nose no real decernable notes other then mild alcohol and very light oak. Taste has some fruit and floral notes with spice and slightly bitter char but fairly smooth. Starting to develop some complexity with a longer lasting finish. This is an enjoyable sipper once it has had time to breath. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose mild sweetness. Taste has mild sweetness with fruit, floral and spice notes. Extremely smooth and enjoyable mixed but you do lose some complexity in the finish.
