Palate Round, balanced, light wood, light roasted, light honey, naturally sweet, light earthy, light tannins, faint orange, dried fruits. Finish Medium long, fresh, light dry, dried fruit, spice, light tannins. Empty glass Light floral, nuts, raisin, light tobacco, faint leather, orange.

An elegant rum, interesting but for this price I have many I prefer. A nice way to please friends who want to discover. The nose seems an invitation to tasting. Silky, but you can guess the cask that brings depth. A bit disappointing on the palate, the attack is too timid, still indulgent, too tame for me. A bit toasted, a bit of nuts, you can guess the cask. The alcohol is very well integrated. Very elegant, nice length on the palate.

Tasting from a sample. On the nose, it's pleasant, captivating. An elegant woodiness mixing honey and citrus. A floral side, freshness and indulgence. With discreet spices. On the palate, a slight lively attack by spices then this elegant woodiness shared with citrus. A leather and nutmeg side with lots of indulgence and softness. The finish is long, on this woody bed and its pillows of citrus. Clove and this freshness. It's very good, what I expect from a 3R. For the price after... that's another story.
