Au nez, les marqueurs bielle ultra présents, ressemblant au 2008 mais avec de l’alcool (est-ce le millésime qui me biaise?). En bouche, l’écorce d’orange, avec les épices et le fond boisé, tout en rondeur (frangipane, pâtissier). La finale reste longtemps, c’est délicieux.

Au nez je retrouve les rhums de la Barbade avec la coco bien laiteuse et de la vanille. En s'ouvrant, ça se complexifie, je retrouve de la pomme liane et de la compote de pomme chaude. Au gout je retrouve la trame classique de bielle. On a également des notes fraîches presque mentholées, de la coco qui revient, du caramel beurre salé Une petite merveille

First off, here you get a lot for your money. Secondly, this one has to rest a while or the ABV will bite you. Once rested it has a lovely profile. Intense and well balanced and yet light in all the flavours. The empty glas was amazing after an hour.
