A light and aesy drinkable release. Fruity with light spices and caramel. The empty glass has some chocolate and floral notes to it.

Un vieux Trois Rivières au profil assez varié mais très subtil et changeant au cours du temps. Le nez démarre avec de jolies notes de vernis et de fruits avant de passer par les notes pâtissières, confites et mielleuses et finir sur des notes de fraîcheur, le tout sans vraiment prendre le dessus. Le même constat se fait ressentir en bouche : ample mais très doux, des arômes de chocolat, de café et de toffee avec des notes toastées en complément, pour un ensemble équilibré et très subtil. La finale est longue, un peu plus florale et fraîche que la bouche, mais retrouve les mêmes marqueurs que l’ensemble du profil. Un rhum très fin à qui on pourrait reprocher un manque d’impact malgré son profil assez varié.
