South #46. The nose has a nice combination of fruit, mostly pear with esters and technical notes. Graphite pencil and soapiness. The taste is less fruity, more Guyana style. Again, something like pencil with soap. Fruity brandy. The lower ABV doesn't bother at all. Drinks nicely.

Sour and bitter. Not very inviting. Should be used for a blend I guess.

Anise, juniper, mint, lemon balm, bitter walnut, bitter orange and lemon with black tea, very mild and easy to drink!
