Un rhum accessible, mais complexe. Peut-être un peu trop "parfait". Le nez est magnifique mais la suite un peu moins.

Mein erster Trois Rivières, und gleich eine schöne Fassauswahl von Chantal Comte. Sehr vollmundig und balanciert, eine echte Empfehlung.

Dégustation chez J. B. Labat et au GRF. Un nez de chêne prononcé avec un côté herbacé et végétal, du bois de cèdre et une légère amertume. L’entrée de bouche est très douce, puis marquée par les côtés végétaux. La finale est un peu acqueuse, diluée mais ensuite elle se prolonge longtemps sur des herbes amères.

Am Gaumen tolle Würze mit eher dezenteren Agricole-Noten und viel Frucht. Am Gaumen cremig, zugänglich und trotzdem komplex. Ein Agricole mit Geschichte.

Sehr schöner Agricole mit typischen und ausgeglichenen Noten und ordentlichem Alter. In der Nase gefällt mir der Apfel Duft speziell gut. Trotz des niedrigen ABV ist der Rum äusserst komplex, mehr wäre trotzdem besser.

Sehr schöne ausbalanciert, würzig-fruchtige Noten dominieren, schöne Süße im Abgang. Gefällt mir sehr gut. Wenn er noch ein paar Prozente mehr hätte, würde er wahrscheinlich an Komplexität gewinnen.

With a medium finish what surprised me most about this one was the fruityness when opening the bottle. Very fruity all the way with spices and wood. I like the floral amd marzipan touch.
